10. Line crimping: check whether the type of connector is correct; whether the direction of the line is correct; whether the core is broken, exposed copper, scalding; whether crimping is in place.

11. Blowing shortening tube: shortening tube shortening is not outstanding, can not be scalded insulation skin.

12. assembling shell: the shell is not installed wrong, there are no scratches, burrs and other bad, there is no leakage of parts, screws are not screwed hair, oxidation, discoloration, loosening and other bad, assembled in line with the bad; such as the shell is directional, then must be assembled in accordance with the needs.

13. Labeling: check whether the content of the label is correct, clear, no broken word appearance; whether the scale of the label is correct; whether the label is dirty, damaged; whether the label is posted in the correct position.

14. Tie: check whether the standard, colour and orientation of the ties are correct; no cracking or loosening.

15. injection molding: check whether the mold is dirty, molding parts are not missing material, bubbles, poor bonding, poor hardening, etc.

16 plug molding: check the plug molding without damage, high and low, lack of material, burrs, debris, flow lines and other bad, to recognize the metal terminals without deformation, damage, copper and other bad.

17. Electrical view: according to the corresponding commodity view guide ticket requirements for viewing.

18. Appearance check: pay attention to all items that can be seen as long as they are to be checked.
